Questioning Strategies: Creating Questions that Increase Engagement

This course is for new and experienced teachers who want to explore the art and science of questioning. You will learn how to create questions that pique students’ interest and engage them intellectually. You will also explore critical thinking questions and how to use them in a  variety of activities designed to increase student involvement in a lesson.

By the end of this course, not only will you have new questioning strategies to bring back to your classroom, but you can also share these strategies with colleagues in order to increase engagement in your own grade level, department, or school.
